Do youstock what you sell online?
Audio products and most security systems products are stocked in Manila and ready for delivery 3-4 business days from receipt of payment.
Most other items are sourced DIRECT from worldwide factories but NOT stocked. We only order upon confirmed payment from clients. Currently we are selling close to 1,200 items, stocking them all is almost impossible. The warranty period will also be shortened or expired if stocked prior to sale.
We are an online store, not a physical store like what you see in malls. We only have few items for demo.
What’s the delivery time?
-4 business days after full payment if items are stocked in Manila via JRS, LBC or AP Cargo.
1-2 weeks for heavy and bulky items via seafreight.
5-7 business days after full payment via UPS/FedEx/DHL
12-21 busines days via AirMail
4-5 business weeks via Sea Cargo
Important Note on Shipping Delays:
We don't have any control of the courier's operations and we don't have control over weather, equipment breakdowns, strikes, etc. What we can do is to make follow-ups with the courier like UPS or LBC but beyond that we can't do much. So please don't be upset with us if delays for reasons beyond our control.
Sometimes, the suppliers run out of stock. Ordering is done by FCFS (first come, first served). If, by the time of your order the item is no longer available, we will inform you of the delay. You may cancel the order for a full refund or wait till it's available.
We will try to resolve any problem so please let's communicate in a nice manner.
How do I order?
Please make an online order. You may also call our sales reps directly.
Please pay via Paypal (online), BDO, Chinabank, Western Union or ML Padala then fax the payment receipt to us at 032-2617949 or email to us at [email protected]. Please indicate the item your ordered and your exact shipping address. We are not responsible to lost items or delays due to wrong addresses.
Payment Methods?... FULL payment required for each order if door-to-door direct delivery. We sometimes allow 50% downpayment for items to be picked up at either Cebu or QC.

Shipping charges, Customs duties, Sales Tax?
Customers will pay shipping charge if via UPS, Fedex, TNT or DHL.
FREE shipping if via airmail.
All orders for Philippine clients are Customs paid by us.
Other countries: Customs duties will be shouldered by client.
Prices indicated at our website do not include sales tax yet.
Free tech support by phone, fax, email.
We are the distributor, not the manufacturer. We will try to help you with tech support but we can offer limited support. We sell more than 1,000 products and it's almost imposible to know all the technical details of them all.
We can't do physical demo not unless you come to our office and personally meet our technicians. We can't come to your office or house to do demo. Our profit margin will be gone if we have to come to you.
We don't provide tech support for items not fully paid yet.
Warranties and Returns:
Parts and labor warranties is 6 months for most items, occassionally 12 months depending on product. The warranty period is clearly shown at our site...6 months is 180 days, not a day more.
Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of your item, we don't pay you for any damage (stolen items due to a malfunctioning alarm for example or gutted house due to a fire alarm failure).
Any item for warranty claims have to be shipped either to Cebu or Manila at client's expense. We pay return shipping.
We will check the item, if not repairable anymore we will send you a new one.
ALL items must be returned in original cartons, with original/complete manuals and accessories. Sorry, warranty become void if you return items not complying these requirements. Our suppliers also will not honor our claims to them so please be rational.
We accept returns but subject to 25% restocking fee. You may not receive cash but rather any other item sold at our store. Shipping charges are NOT refundable. So if you return an item to us, the net amount would be sales price minus the shipping charges and 25% (restocking fee)
Please contact us before shipping any item for repairs or replacement (if wrongly-supplied).
All returned items must contain receipts, DRs, or copy of payment receipt to us and must be labelled clearly for returns. We are not responsible if items are lost or damaged in shipping going to us or going to you.

Maximum Liability of California Electronics is limited either replacement of the unit or full refund of the actual cost of the item only. We are not responsible in anyway with the proper/improper use of any products we sell, either by direct sales or online or any other method. Use or misuse of the products are beyond our control, whether we install the system or installed by others. Losses due to fire, theft, calamities or any reason can't be compensated by us in any way and we are absolutely not responsible in any way.
We can't inform verbally each client of the above conditions. If you buy from us it means you have read, understood and agreed to the conditions above... no exceptions.
